HVAC Service/Repairs

A service call is only $80! That covers travel cost and a full diagnostic. Not $80 to show up and then a labor charge. We are flat rate baby! Our customers love when our techs show up and service. Not sale.

HVAC Membership

Covers 2 visits per year (Spring/Fall) *Spring service includes: Outdoor coil cleaning, refrigerant level check, electrical readings/ amp draws, cooling inspection, system inspection report. *Fall Service Includes: Burner cleaning, electrical readings/amp draws, heat inspection, system inspection report. Members will receive the following: • Priority Scheduling
• 20% Off Maintenance Parts (Capacitors, Contactors)
• 20% Off Safety Parts (Surge Protectors, EZ Trap™, Pan Switch, SS2, CO2 Detectors, Furnace Switches)
• 20% Off Indoor Air Quality (Air Scrubber, Odor Neutralizer Treatment)
• 10% Off ALL Repairs

Pricing:
• $15/month for 1 HVAC System
• $10/month for each additional HVAC System
